Combining her passion for community and creativity, Jay managed the planning and production of digital content for first-to-market trans telehealth company, Plume Health.
With a keen eye toward storytelling, they integrated personal anecdotes and clinical research to further establish Plume as a reliable and affirming healthcare provider for trans, nonbinary, and gender-diverse people across the country.
Collaboration was critical within this role. Jay ensured that designers, copywriters, and community managers were all involved in the evergreen, everyday content and specialized campaigns through a mixture of check-ins, structured retrospectives, and creative brainstorms.
One of the most cherished achievements in her career was co-producing the company's second brand photoshoot in Denver, CO, which featured all-queer and trans talent across two locations, and centered community care.
