Equal parts inspiring and challenging, Jay helped to establish the first social content strategy for New York-based DTC supplement startup Elysium Health. Every day, they worked with colleagues across departments to translate complex research and resulting studies through accessible social media content.

Their community-oriented strategy was created to both engage and inform the appropriate audience on a host of scientific topics related to the Elysium brand. She ensured the Elysium brand voice was clear and attentive across platforms to inspire brand loyalty, including in the comments sections.
